Ingredients:
Dried Anchovies (Tiny size) 150g
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Honey 4 tbsp
Cooking Oil 8 tbsp
Sesame seeds sprinkle
Steps by steps photos:
Heat the pan and pour in cooking oil. Fry and keep stirring the anchovies at low heat for about 10 minutes. Push the anchovies to the sides and add in minced garlic, keep stirring in to mix well with anchovies. Stir for another 5 minutes. Turn the heat off and add in honey, keep on stirring to mix the honey with anchovies. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve~
